stretchhh~
walk for one minute,
speed walk for two minutes,
jog for ten minutes,
sprint for two,
walk until my breathing is normal again.
leg machines: reps of twelve.
arm/upper body machines: reps of twenty.
midriff work: reps of ten.
went to the gym for the first time this year.
only day two of the new year; not bad at all.
i definitely overdid it though, i can already tell...
i'm gonna be sore tomorrow.
